Disregarding this policy may result in quick account termination without any refund issued.

AxosCast IPTV serves as a service provider and does not host, store, or create any content. We offer access to streams that are already present on the internet. It is the User's obligation to verify they are not violating any copyright laws within their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is offered on an 'as is' basis, without any guarantees. We cannot ensure 100% uptime or the continuous availability of all channels. AxosCast IPTV will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from using or being unable to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to terminate or suspend your account at any point, without prior notification, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or are detrimental to our Service or fellow users.
